  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Hazelnuts or macadamia nuts
  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • 1/2 tablespoon Olive oil optional coconut oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher or sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or cooking spray.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, maple syrup, kosher salt, cayenne pepper, chili powder, and cinnamon. Mix until smooth.
  • Add in the mixed nuts and toss to coat evenly.
  • Spread the nuts in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Cook for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let cool.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl or an airtight container.
