Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Take your thawed puff pastry and unfold it carefully. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pastry, leaving about half an inch around the edges.
Now sprinkle the minced garlic and Italian seasoning over the sauce.
Next, generously cover the sauce with fontina cheese.
Now for the fun part: add the pepperoni.
Carefully fold over the edges of the pastry to create a slight border.
Place the baking sheet in your preheated oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Once they’re done, take them out of the oven and let them cool for a minute.
Finally, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, then cut each pastry into nine slices. Serve warm!
