Ingredients
  

  • 2 sheets puff pastry thawed
  • 1 cup tomato or marinara sauce your favorite
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup freshly grated fontina cheese
  • 1 bunch pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Take your thawed puff pastry and unfold it carefully. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pastry, leaving about half an inch around the edges.
  • Now sprinkle the minced garlic and Italian seasoning over the sauce.
  • Next, generously cover the sauce with fontina cheese.
  • Now for the fun part: add the pepperoni.
  • Carefully fold over the edges of the pastry to create a slight border.
  • Place the baking sheet in your preheated oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Once they’re done, take them out of the oven and let them cool for a minute.
  • Finally, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, then cut each pastry into nine slices. Serve warm!
