  • 2 large egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries

  • Heat a large griddle or cast iron skillet over medium heat. Spray with nonstick spray.
  • Use a ⅓-cup measuring cup to pour batter onto the griddle in a circle.

Notes

  • Tip 1: You can substitute the rolled oats with 1 cup all-purpose flour and 1 cup almond flour.
  • Tip 2: You can use maple syrup in place of the honey.
