Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Salted Butter at room temperature
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese at room temperature
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips melted
  • 1.5 cups Chopped Strawberries

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Step 2: Line a 7 x 11-inch baking dish with foil and coat lightly with cooking spray.
  • Step 3: In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix the butter, sugar, and vanilla extract on medium speed for 2 minutes until light and fluffy.
  • Step 4: Turn the mixer speed to low and add the flour, mixing until the dough just comes together.
  • Step 5: Press the dough into the prepared pan to form the crust.
  • Step 6: Bake for 30 minutes, until the edges are slightly golden brown.
  • Step 7: Remove from oven and cool completely in the pan.
  • Step 8: In a clean bowl, beat the cream cheese on medium speed until smooth.
  • Step 9: Slowly add the melted white chocolate chips, mixing until smooth.
  • Step 10: Spread the mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  • Step 11: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  • Step 12: Spread the chopped strawberries on top and cut into squares.
  • Step 13: Serve and enjoy!
  • Note: If using unsalted butter, add ΒΌ teaspoon salt to the bars.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
