Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Line a 7 x 11-inch baking dish with foil and coat lightly with cooking spray.
Step 3: In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix the
butter
,
sugar
, and
vanilla extract
on medium speed for 2 minutes until light and fluffy.
Step 4: Turn the mixer speed to low and add the
flour
, mixing until the dough just comes together.
Step 5: Press the dough into the prepared pan to form the crust.
Step 6: Bake for 30 minutes, until the edges are slightly golden brown.
Step 7: Remove from oven and cool completely in the pan.
Step 8: In a clean bowl, beat the
cream cheese
on medium speed until smooth.
Step 9: Slowly add the melted
white chocolate chips
, mixing until smooth.
Step 10: Spread the mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
Step 11: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
Step 12: Spread the
chopped strawberries
on top and cut into squares.
Step 13: Serve and enjoy!
Note: If using unsalted butter, add ΒΌ teaspoon salt to the bars.
