- 8 ounces cream cheese (1 block, softened)
- 2/3 cup sour cream (can sub plain Greek yogurt)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3-4 tablespoons chili crisp (plus more for drizzling on top)
In a medium bowl, place the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and kosher salt. Using a hand mixer, combine the ingredients together until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed for about 1 to 2 minutes.
Once the base is smooth, stir in 3 tablespoons of chili crisp. Taste your dip and decide if you want to add more chili crisp for extra heat.
Drizzle some additional chili crisp on top just before serving to enhance flavor and presentation.
Serve immediately with your choice of crunchy dippers. Ruffled potato chips are a personal favorite!
