- 1.5 cups Chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons Milk
- 0.5 tablespoons Butter
- 10.5 oz Mini marshmallows
- 1 pack Graham crackers for serving
Add milk chocolate chips, milk and butter to a saucepan. Heat chocolate chips over low to medium low heat, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted, careful not to overmix.
Once the butter and chocolate are all melted, stir in 1 cup of mini marshmallows and continue to heat and mix constantly until all marshmallows are completely melted.
Pour the chocolate mixture into a 2 quart casserole dish and spread evenly, working quickly so chocolate is still melted and warm.
Sprinkle the rest of the mini marshmallows on top of the dip. Broil marshmallows on LOW for 2 to 4 minutes or until marshmallows are puffy and browned.
Serve S’mores Dip immediately with graham crackers, cookies, or strawberries.
