  • 2 Green Onions thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro chopped

  • Preheat your oven to 300 degrees F. It’s essential to start with a hot oven for even roasting. This temperature ensures the sweet potatoes cook slowly and develop a deep flavor.
