Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 pieces chicken breasts cooked, or 3 to 4 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup or store-bought
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 8-ounce can
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 sleeves Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350º F.
  • Place the cooked chicken in a 13×9 casserole dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and sour cream. Stir until well blended.
  • Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the chicken.
  • Crumble the Ritz crackers on top of the creamy layer.
  • Dot the top of the casserole with small pieces of butter.
  • Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake until the Ritz crackers are browned, about 25 minutes.
  • Once baked, remove the casserole from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
