Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet Instant Ramen Noodle broken in half through middle, making 2 sheets of ramen noodles. Packet discarded.
  • ½ cup Ricotta Cheese divided in half for each layer
  • 1 cup Pasta Sauce divided in half for each layer
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese divided in half for each layer
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese divided in half for each layer
  • Chopped Fresh Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Break ramen noodle layers in half.
  • Place one block layer of uncooked ramen into the bottom of an oven-safe dish.
  • Top the Ramen Block with ¼ cup ricotta cheese, ½ cup pasta sauce, half of the parmesan cheese, and ½ cup mozzarella cheese.
  • Repeat the layer, stacking the ramen on top of the other layer of ramen and again with the rest of the ricotta, pasta sauce, and cheese.
  • Bake Lasagna Ramen for 35-40 minutes or until hot and center is fully cooked.
  • Top cooked ramen with chopped fresh parsley and red pepper flakes, if desired, and serve.

Notes

  • Storage: If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the oven to maintain the cheesy texture.
  • Freezing: This dish can be frozen before baking. Just assemble it, cover tightly, and freeze for up to a month. When ready, bake from frozen, adding an extra 10 to 15 minutes to the cooking time.
  • Pairing: Serve with a light salad to balance the richness of the lasagna. A simple vinaigrette does wonders!
