- 8 large Eggs
- ½ cup Milk Room temperature for best results.
- 20 ounces Diced hash browns Frozen, thawed before use.
- 9-10 ounces Precooked Italian sausage Use precooked for convenience.
- Salt To taste.
- Pepper To taste.
- 1½ cups Shredded mild cheddar cheese Divided for topping.
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, hash browns, sausage, salt, pepper, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese until well combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 32 to 35 minutes.
Remove from the oven and add the remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese on top.
Place the casserole back in the oven and bake for an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
Once finished, allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Serve warm and enjoy!
