- 4 heads garlic
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
Preheat your oven to 375°F and move the rack to the middle position.
Slice the tops off your heads of garlic so that the cloves are exposed.
Place the heads of garlic on a sheet of tin foil, cut side up.
Pour a tablespoon of olive oil over the top of each head of garlic.
Close the foil tightly around the garlic, keeping it slightly loose.
Roast the garlic for one hour or until golden brown.
