Ingredients
  

  • 1 package puff pastry 17.3-oz, defrosted
  • cups pizza sauce
  • 1 package mini pepperoni 5-oz package
  • cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line your baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Unfold the defrosted puff pastry sheets and cut each sheet into 9 squares.
  • Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce over each pastry square.
  • Arrange mini pepperoni and shredded mozzarella cheese down the center of each square.
  • Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and fold two opposite corners over the filling to seal.
  • Place the puffs on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Tip 1: Can assemble pizza puffs and freeze unbaked for later.
  • Tip 2: No need to thaw the puffs before baking. Simply add a few minutes to the cooking time.
