- 1 package puff pastry 17.3-oz, defrosted
- 1¼ cups pizza sauce
- 1 package mini pepperoni 5-oz package
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp Italian seasoning
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line your baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
Unfold the defrosted puff pastry sheets and cut each sheet into 9 squares.
Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce over each pastry square.
Arrange mini pepperoni and shredded mozzarella cheese down the center of each square.
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and fold two opposite corners over the filling to seal.
Place the puffs on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until golden brown.
