Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas Bananas
  • 1/3 cup Butter melted
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 large egg Egg lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • pinch Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 8"x5" loaf pan with baking spray and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mash the 3 ripe bananas until completely smooth.
  • Stir in the 1/3 cup melted butter until smooth.
  • Add the 1/2 cup sugar, 1 large egg, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp baking soda, pinch of salt, and 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. Stir until just combined.
  • Fold in the 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips and pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • Tip 1: Sprinkle a few more chocolate chips on top of the batter before baking for a pretty presentation.
