- 3 ripe bananas Bananas
- 1/3 cup Butter melted
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 large egg Egg lightly beaten
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- pinch Salt
- 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Mini chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 8"x5" loaf pan with baking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, mash the 3 ripe bananas until completely smooth.
Stir in the 1/3 cup melted butter until smooth.
Add the 1/2 cup sugar, 1 large egg, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp baking soda, pinch of salt, and 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. Stir until just combined.
Fold in the 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips and pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
