- 1 package King’s Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls 12 count
- 16 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream whipped to stiff peaks OR 8 oz whipped topping
- 1 pint strawberries stemmed, hulled, quartered
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 pint strawberries stemmed, hulled, sliced
- 1 pint blueberries
Cut rolls in half lengthwise. Handle carefully to keep them intact. 1 package King’s Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Add in vanilla extract and granulated sugar and continue beating until well combined.
Gently fold in whipped topping or heavy whipping cream.
Spread about two-thirds of the no bake cheesecake mixture on the bottom half of the rolls.
Gently press strawberries into the cheesecake.
Cover the top of the strawberries with remaining cheesecake filling.
Place the top half of the rolls on top of the cheesecake filling.
If using heavy whipping cream, beat until stiff peaks form. Beat in vanilla and powdered sugar until combined.
Spread whipped cream or whipped topping on top of the rolls. You can frost the sides of the cake too if you want.
Top with sliced strawberries and blueberries. It doesn’t have to be a flag.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
