Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup ground flax seed
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter (crunchy or creamy)
  • cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • With a food processor or blender, grind up rolled oats and mini chocolate chips into a powder.
  • In a bowl, mix the ground oats and ground flax seed well. Add creamy peanut butter and vanilla extract.
  • Heat your honey for about 10 seconds to thin it out, then add it to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
  • Let set in the fridge for at least 10 minutes.
