Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup peanuts I used dry roasted, lightly salted peanuts.
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
  • Add white sugar and light corn syrup into a large microwave-safe bowl.
  • Microwave for 3 and a half to 4 minutes, keeping an eye on it.
  • Quickly mix well after cooking, then add peanuts and return to microwave for 2-3 minutes.
  • After the second cooking, stir well and add butter and vanilla, cooking for another minute.
  • Add baking soda and mix until foamy, then pour onto prepared pan.
  • Let set until hardened, then break into pieces and store.
