- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup peanuts I used dry roasted, lightly salted peanuts.
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
Add white sugar and light corn syrup into a large microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave for 3 and a half to 4 minutes, keeping an eye on it.
Quickly mix well after cooking, then add peanuts and return to microwave for 2-3 minutes.
After the second cooking, stir well and add butter and vanilla, cooking for another minute.
Add baking soda and mix until foamy, then pour onto prepared pan.
