Ingredients
  

  • 2 mangoes mangoes very ripe – peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup coconut yogurt or soy yogurt
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom optional
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar optional

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, blend all of the ingredients together until smooth. If the lassi is too thick, just add a little bit water and blend again. If it's not sweet enough, add a sweetener and blend again.

Notes

  • Use fresh or frozen mango: The best flavor comes from ripe mangoes, but frozen works too.
  • Omit the spices if you prefer: The Mango Lassi is delicious even without cardamom.
  • Use any type of plant-based yogurt: Tailor to your dietary needs.
