Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup long grain white rice
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 large egg white
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free milk
  • 3 cups Rao's Marinara Sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • to taste fresh basil optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, long grain white rice, salt, pepper, onion powder, Italian seasoning, egg white, and fat-free milk. Mix until well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into 24 small meatballs and place them in the prepared baking dish.
  • Cover the meatballs with Rao's Marinara Sauce and water.
  • Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes before serving. Top with fresh basil before serving.
