Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400F.
Line a sheet pan with foil or parchment paper and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine the minced
garlic

olive oil
, and
oregano
. Stir until well mixed.
Lay the halved
zucchini
on the prepared baking sheet, cut side facing up.
Brush the garlic olive oil mixture generously over the zucchini halves.
