Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium English cucumber Seeded and finely grated
  • 1.5 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 clove garlic Minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess water using a clean kitchen towel.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, garlic, sea salt, and black pepper.
  • Mix well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
