Ingredients
  

  • 230 ml espresso
  • 1 1/2 cups milk I used unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cups ice
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sweetener of choice (monk fruit sweetener or allulose)
  • 1/4 cup keto whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoons keto caramel sauce or chocolate sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a high-speed blender, add all your ingredients, except for the whipped cream and caramel, and blend until combined and smooth.
  • Transfer to two tall glasses and top with whipped cream and drizzle with caramel sauce.

Notes

  • If you don’t have a coffee machine: You can use instant coffee. Combine 1 tablespoon instant coffee with 2 tablespoons boiling water.
  • For a richer texture: Use heavy cream or half and half.
