- 230 ml espresso
- 1 1/2 cups milk I used unsweetened almond milk
- 2 cups ice
- 2 tablespoons granulated sweetener of choice (monk fruit sweetener or allulose)
- 1/4 cup keto whipped cream
- 2 tablespoons keto caramel sauce or chocolate sauce
In a high-speed blender, add all your ingredients, except for the whipped cream and caramel, and blend until combined and smooth.
Transfer to two tall glasses and top with whipped cream and drizzle with caramel sauce.
