Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 6 ounces Baking Dark Chocolate
  • 1 1/4 cup White Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Peppermint Extract
  • a few drops Gel Mint Green Food Coloring
  • 2 ounces Dark Baking Chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line an 8-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil and grease it lightly.
  • Melt 1/2 cup of unsalted butter and 6 ounces of baking dark chocolate over medium heat until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in white granulated sugar, eggs, and all-purpose flour until combined.
  • Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Cool completely in the pan.
  • Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and unsalted butter until creamy.
  • Spread the cream cheese filling over the cooled brownies.
  • Melt 2 ounces of dark baking chocolate and drizzle it on top.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours, then cut into bars and serve.
