Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season your salmon generously with salt and ground black pepper.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, and lime juice. Stir well.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  • Place the seasoned salmon fillets into the pan and cook for two to three minutes.
  • Pour the honey mixture over the salmon and spoon the glaze over the fish.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for about ten minutes.
  • Remove the skillet from the oven and garnish with parsley.
