Ingredients
  

  • 3 ribs Celery halved
  • 0.5 medium Cucumber or 6 oz. broccoli stalks
  • 2 large Kale leaves or 5 oz. baby spinach or half head romaine lettuce
  • 1 medium Apple (such as gala or honeycrisp) cut into chunks or 6 oz green grapes
  • 0.75 inch Ginger knob or 1 small bunch mint
  • 0.5 large Lime or 1/2 small lemon, cut peel and white pith off

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your ingredients by cutting the celery and cucumber. Wash all produce thoroughly. Tear the kale into pieces, and cut the apple into chunks. Prepare the ginger and cut the lime in half, removing the peel.
  • Add the prepared ingredients in batches to an electric juicer and process according to manufacturer’s directions.
  • Taste the juice and adjust flavors as desired: add more lime or apple if needed.
  • Serve the Green Juice immediately for the best flavor or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one day.

  • Tip 1: Instead of cutting the peel from citrus, you can just squeeze its juice in after juicing the other ingredients.
