  • 1/2 cup grams Unsalted Butter for cooking
  • 1/2 cup grams Unsalted Butter browned
  • 1/4 cup grams Meyer Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Confectioners' Sugar sifted
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, combine lemon zest and granulated sugar. Use your fingers to rub them together until fragrant.
  • Whisk Greek yogurt and eggs into the sugar mixture until just combined.
