- 1/8 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon (optional)
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 3 tablespoons Coconut Oil melted and slightly cooled
- 3 tablespoons Butter melted and slightly cooled
- 2 large Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
