Equipment

  • Oven
  • Chef's Knife
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Wooden Spoon
  • Baking Sheet

Ingredients

  • 8 oz oz refrigerated crescent rolls I used Pillsbury
  • 4 strings mozzarella cheese cut into halves
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 clove garlic finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon parsley leaves chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine the melted butter with the garlic and parsley, and stir to mix well.
  • Unroll the crescent rolls and separate them into triangles. Place a string of mozzarella cheese horizontally at the bottom of each triangle, fold in the sides, and roll up to form croissant-shaped rolls. Brush the tops with the garlic herb butter.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, or until they are lightly browned. Serve immediately.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat them in the oven for the best texture.
