Equipment

  • Chef's Knife
  • Blender
  • Peeler

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup peeled, pitted, and chopped mango
  • 6 ounces plain Greek yogurt
  • 6-8 cubes ice cubes

Instructions

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients: sliced strawberries, chopped mango, Greek yogurt, and ice cubes. Make sure to use fresh, ripe fruit for the best flavor.
  • Place the strawberries, mango, and Greek yogurt into your blender. The yogurt is essential for adding creaminess to the smoothie, so don’t skip it!
  • Blend the mixture on high for about 30 seconds. You want to achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. Check the texture; it should be nicely blended without any chunks.
  • If you prefer a thinner smoothie, feel free to add a splash of milk or coconut water at this point. Blend for a few more seconds to incorporate.
  • Next, add in the ice cubes. These will give your smoothie that refreshing slushy texture. Blend again until the ice is fully crushed and the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie into your favorite glasses. I like to serve mine in tall glasses to show off that beautiful color!
  • Enjoy your Easy Strawberry Mango Smoothie right away. It’s best when fresh, but you can also store any leftovers in the fridge for a few hours.

Notes

  • Storage: If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Stir well before enjoying again.
  • Freezing: You can freeze any leftovers in ice cube trays. They make great smoothie boosters for future blends!
  • Pairing: This smoothie pairs wonderfully with a light breakfast, especially pancakes or waffles. It's also a great snack after a workout.
  • Fruit Variations: Feel free to experiment with other fruits. Try adding a banana for extra creaminess, or some spinach for a nutrient boost.
  • Sweetness Levels: If you find the smoothie isn’t sweet enough, consider adding a touch of honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness.
