Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Broccoli florets (about 1 broccoli head)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • tsp Black pepper
  • ½ lemon Wedges
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan freshly grated (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine broccoli, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
  • If desired, spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Add the seasoned broccoli to the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 3 minutes. Shake the basket or toss the broccoli with tongs or a spatula, then air fry for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until charred to your desired level of doneness.
  • Serve the air-fried broccoli with a squeeze of lemon and/or freshly grated parmesan.

  • Tip 1: Yes, you can air fry frozen broccoli using the same steps as this fresh recipe; just adjust the time until the broccoli is fully cooked.
