- 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Large Egg, Whisked
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
- Butter or Coconut Oil for greasing the pan
