Ingredients
  

  • 5 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
  • 3 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
  • 3 teaspoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips or Chunks, Melted
  • teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ¼ teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/16 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoon Cold Water
  • 2 tablespoon Canola Oil
  • ¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ teaspoon White Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Cream Cheese, Softened
  • ½ teaspoon Heavy Cream
  • 1 drop Pink Gel Food Coloring
  • 4 oz. Semi-Sweet Chocolate, Chopped
  • ¼ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Corn Syrup

Instructions
 

  • Line two cavities of your cupcake pan with liners. Set aside. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  • In a small measuring cup, stir together cold water, canola oil, vanilla, and white vinegar. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  • Add the melted chocolate and stir just until combined. Divide the batter into the two prepared liners.
  • Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of each cupcake comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, gel food coloring, and heavy cream. Mix well until smooth. Set aside.
