- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup diced yellow onion
- 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into one-inch pieces
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 16 ounces cauliflower rice frozen or thawed
