Ingredients
  

  • 1 16-ounce baguette
  • ½ cup salted butter
  • 10 ounces artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream light or regular
  • 2 cups shredded jack or cheddar cheese (or mixed)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Slice the baguette in half lengthwise.
  • Hollow out the two halves of the baguette by removing the inner bread, creating a vessel for your filling.
  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the bread cubes and chopped artichoke hearts to the skillet.
  • Sauté them together for about 5 minutes.
  • Next, stir in the sour cream and cheese.
  • Carefully fill the hollowed-out baguette halves with the mixture.
  • Place the filled baguette halves on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Once baked, remove them from the oven and let them sit for a couple of minutes.
  • Cut the filled baguette into slices.
