Ingredients
  

  • 4 large Carrots
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 medium Lemon optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash the carrots well under running water. Ensure they are clean. Cut off the ends and chop into smaller pieces.
  • Add the chopped carrots to your blender or juicer. If you're using a blender, include the water.
  • Blend or juice until the carrots are completely pureed. Check for any chunks.
  • If adding the lemon, peel it and cut into quarters. Add to your blender or juicer.
  • If using a blender, strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp. If using a juicer, you can skip this step.
  • Pour the carrot juice into a glass. The color should be vibrant orange!
  • Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 to 3 days.
  • Enjoy the carrot juice as is, or feel free to experiment with additional ingredients like ginger or apple.
