- 2 pounds chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup oil avocado or olive oil
- 1 packet zesty Italian dressing
- 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 tablespoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning
In a medium mixing bowl, mix white vinegar, oil, zesty Italian dressing, chili powder, cumin, and dry ranch seasoning.
Spray the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray and then add the chicken. Pour the dressing mixture over the top.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours (frozen chicken) or 2 1/2 – 3 hours (fresh chicken). When it is done, shred the chicken with a fork.
