  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare your cupcake pan by lining it with cupcake liners.
  • In a mixing bowl, stir together the vegetable oil, granulated sugar, and cocoa powder. Mix until well combined; you want a smooth texture without any lumps.
  • Stir in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract and baking powder.
  • Add the salt and gently fold in the all-purpose flour. Be careful not to overmix, as this can lead to tough cupcakes.
  • Fill each cupcake liner about ⅔ full with the batter, approximately 3 tablespoons each.
  • Place the cupcake pan in the oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Check for doneness using a toothpick.
  • Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
