- 1/4 cup Quick-Cooking Rolled Oats
- 1/4 cup Buckwheat Cereal
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Chopped Almonds
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
