- 1 can Dulce de Leche milk based caramel
- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 packages Biscoff Cookies
Add dulce de leche and heavy whipping cream to a large mixer.
Beat on medium high until thick and fluffy, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Place a small amount of cream into the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish, keeping it about 1/2 inch thick.
Top with one layer of Biscoff cookies, breaking cookies in half if necessary to fill the pan.
Repeat with a layer of cream sauce and then more Biscoff cookies.
Repeat again with the third layer of cookies, and finish with cream on top.
Crush 8 Biscoff cookies in a resealable bag and sprinkle the crumbs on top of the cream mixture.
Cover cake tightly and refrigerate overnight.
