- 2 pounds boneless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- ½ tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
