Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ½ tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Spray a 9×13 inch casserole dish with nonstick spray or brush with olive oil.
  • Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
  • In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Rub it all over the chicken thighs until evenly coated.
  • Place the chicken thighs in the prepared casserole dish.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.

Notes

  • Bone-In Chicken Thighs: If using bone-in chicken thighs, bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.
