- 2 fillets skin-on salmon fillets 4 ounces each
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 10 grams Goya Foods Sazón con Culantro y Achiote
- ½ cup cilantro chopped
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice about 2 limes
- 1 teaspoon lime zest about 1 lime
- 1 serving Lime wedges for garnish
Before cooking, bring the salmon to room temperature and dry off any moisture with a paper towel.
