- 1 package 15 Bean Soup (Hurst's Brand, 20 oz)
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 stalks celery (chopped)
- 3 medium carrots (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 28-oz can crushed tomatoes (undrained)
- 8 cups vegetable broth (can use low-sodium chicken broth)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme (dried)
- 1 teaspoon oregano (dried)
Add all ingredients into your slow cooker.
